Welcome to Yoga with Sian!

Hatha yoga is a centuries old practice that includes postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation to help balance your body and mind.

Whether your aim is to stretch and destress at the end of a hectic day or to reinvigorate and balance body and mind, yoga is an amazing transformational tool. And one you can use off and on the mat.

The benefits of yoga are numerous and well documented. They are also increasingly backed up by scientific research. They include: strengthening and lengthening muscles, keeping the spine supple, helping with circulation, reducing anxiety and alleviating stress, increasing focus and helping to clear the mind.

I teach a hatha flow class, flowing mindfully from one pose to the next, to relax and revitalise. Click on the tabs above to find out more about classes on offer.
